At The Shah's Vault, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the rare and unique nature of our items, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.

Return Eligibility

• All items are final sale unless they are materially misrepresented. Any return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Items that have been altered, cleaned, or damaged after receipt are not eligible for return.

Authenticity Disputes

If you believe an item is not as described or have concerns about its authenticity, please contact us immediately. We take all authenticity concerns seriously and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
